He smiled over at Castiel before he started tucking into his own food. A few minutes later, Sam finally stumbled out of the hallway before making a face. The first thing he did was to pour himself a large mug of coffee, adding sugar and cream before taking a gulp and sitting down.

"You know, just because you've worked out the fine art of only getting 4 hours of sleep doesn't mean the rest of us have." He muttered, looking at Cas and giving him a weak smile. "How're you feeling, Cas?"
