"You aren't a burden so stop. Until you get things figured out and can start helping, you let us take care of things." He said, shaking his head as he brought the food over to the table. He divided the food up between the three plates before going to the hall and yelling out.

"Yo! Sammy, breakfast! Get your ass in here!" He heard a muffled grunting coming back at him and he nodded before turning back around. "Go ahead. Sit down and eat, Cas." He sat down, watching him carefully. "Just...look, it'll all get worked out."
